- My thing is you can't put a limit on love but, if it's only $50 to own as many cats as you want, why not pay the fee and keep everyone happy. It's not about how well you SAY you care for your cats because not everyone cares for their pets.

- I agree. Obviously. I could care less about cats but, the truth remains that we all are attached to our pets. That being said, fair is fair, what applies to a dog should go for a cat. If you ask me, she should just pay the $50 and keep her house and cats.
